  • Too many fires to put out? What if you actually got recognized for your talents as a coach, and more more importantly, the amount you care about your clients. And I don't mean you win business awards, unless that's your type of thing... (and you've had it turn into income for you??) What I mean is financially rewarded.... when let's face it, you and I both know you don't do this career FOR of the money, however it'd be nice to not just struggle to pay the bills. It'd be nice to be financially recognised and rewarded for the amount of love, care and passion you have for helping people. It'd be nice to be able to not only contribute more to the families financial status, but to in fact, if you dare even dream such a thing to become THE main provider for your family.. . What if while you were there you could dream about taking them on a holiday too. One where you could not only afford to purchase flights for all of them, but you can actually relax as your business has not disappeared while you have time off... In fact quite the opposite happens. Instead of business decreasing while you are away, you get emails of the new people joining and eventually there's so many new clients that you don't know all the faces intimately and they actually start to fall in love with the other coaches you have working with you. Imagine being able to give up the control to others, (ouch, bare with me, I know that hurts..). Imagine having coaches that you've trained so well in your methods that your clients, the ones you know and the ones that are in your business but you haven't met yet, (because you are busy travelling with your family), are all getting amazing results with their bodies and your business is growing by the methods you have in place. Methods that not only help clients, but methods which are based on your talents and strengths (and no membership sites, funnels, sales pages or ads are required), just simple techniques... as you clearly know how to get results with people's bodies. And then there's the flow of business, where people might enter your business at the lower end (paying $30-40/week), eventually they do your higher $$$. Cont on fbook, link in bio.

  • What's with people saying 'have the balls to do it'...? . When clearly ovaries are pretty powerful as well... which is relevant on this 'International Womens day'. . Yet I think sometimes we forget to celebrate how similar both the sexes are. As I sit here in my first world environment with my first world problems that I'm grateful to have.. . I want to make a toast to the human potential. . Happy international womans day to all the people reading this, to me it really means happy people's day. . Let's not forget those less fortunate than us, not just ourselved that sometimes stress over which job to take, or which relationship to worry about the most. . Some people don't even have clean water to drink (to state the obvious), and to try and keep this in perspective for us, this game called life. . Maybe our stresses will be relieved and we will feel more fulfilled and at peace, kess lonely and more like we have a cause in life if we worry more about others less fortunate than us, in any aspect, and actually put effort towards helping them. . What are we here for in this exerience after all? . I've put some (what I believe to be), worthwhile causes into the comments of this post if you want to help. . As I do truely believe we are here to help each each other. . Let's save the world together.... lol. . Yes, I mean it. . Let's lift the conciousness of the place we inhabit for this short while.   • Have you ever been told you are too honest? . I was discussing this with a client today.. . (I find honesty comes in handy in business and I wish, idealically, that the entire world was like that too...) . My mother has always said I'm too gulable, I think she hoped that I'd grow out of it... . but I believe it's because I'm honest. I just presume others are too. . And nothing has changed decades on, even though I'm getting older, ergghmm I mean younger, by the minute. . (My point is the world isn't turning me into a bitter old anything. I still feel as though I can and will 'save the world and I expect there to be always good in people). . Please join me, and on the way let's keep being totally HONEST!! . Much to our partners embarrassment when we let a bit too much 'honesty' slip out... ie, when we think after speaking . (Sorry in advance to all the partners who get embarressed by us...lol.   • Coaches are you posting pic after pic of clients exercising and your food prepped meals along with the recipes?? Well it's the llloooonnnngggg way to getting known online. (Which might be why you find you get very little, if any traction from the posts at all?) Instead, learning how to communicate your message is critical. Food and exercise has passed it's use by date for marketing purposes. Being yourself and resonating with your crowd are musts. (Boobs and butts, not so much, lol... of course they lead to 'likes' and followers, but not big $$$). Plus she just posted this about the new influx of inquiries in the past few days. Btw ➡️➡️ZERO money spent on ads!! This is simply what happens when you do the work and align yourself with WHAT YOU WANT! (This said coach currently works from her home gym and has 7 years experience.) So, what do you want?
