I used to think that the way I live now was a far I used to think that the way I live now was a far off dream. I never understood that to have an online coaching business meant I’d also have to stop struggling with money. 
And decide what to do with my time. 
Yes, Before it became the reality.

I didn’t think it possible that I could easily attract people and clients into my life that are open to the infinite possibilities that they can create. (The weirdos just like me). 

Even with the ideal relationship. The fact is before I was even 100% online that I wrote what I wanted from a new partner, on a list, before he was there. 
I put it in my drawer & didn’t see it until I moved years later. 
He appeared before I saw this list again... down to the details of the colour of his skin and his gorgeous lips.

I created a new place to live near the ocean again, I missed it after moving from Sydney beaches to Melbourne. 
Turns out on purpose, as scary as it was, I moved nearer him too (this newer man - not so new now, I’m fact it’s 9 years this week, congrats to us babe xx).

Rewind back a decade and even the health of Stell from conception I believe was ‘created’
&
I’m grateful that my child is healthy and a generally amazing human, here to teach me so many things about how parent & child relationship can be phenomenal. 
From the day of surprise conception. 

I’ve told her this and worked with her spirit subconsciously on this I’m sure... 

(Don’t get me wrong I was totally tired hot, neurotic mess for the first 4 yrs of her life, until she slept through the night, & I didn’t know how I was going to feel human again). 

Again came more creating. After her birth.
New home moving state. 
Losing the little family I’d started.
Losing lots & surrendering. 
Not knowing I was creating at the same time. 
But I was. 

All the while regardless of setting up in each state and starting again over ten times, running a busy personal training business, with 2-3 contractors in a big box gym and often another location. 
Massaging several people each week. And having contractors do the same.

Coaching other trainers who’d meet me outside the gym and we’d have coffee.

Always be helping, is the SAME as saying 
‘Always be selling’ 🍎🍊

If you work for yourself you have to be chief sales and marketing person. 

So it will hinder your growth if you have weird feelings around sales and money. 

One way around this is to decide right now to completely dissolve any negative feelings you have around sales. 
It is simply making offers (believe it or not people don’t actually know how you can help, or how to contact you to ask for help).

You can remain honest. 
Can you help that person or not? 
What’s the timeframe that you expect it will take to get them results when working with you/using your services? 
Be honest... 
we can literally re-write how it’s done.

A sales conversation is literally a conversation about the truth. The truth of what it will take them. 
It’s up to the other person to decide, by themselves, without force, if you are the person for them to use or not. 

It’s very simple when you think about it.

Coach stop believing that social media is the ONLY Coach stop believing that social media is the ONLY way to sell your services. 
It’s one of approx 40-50 ways.

Before you say “oh I can’t be/don’t want to be Salesy”
It’s really just offering to help people with something you can honestly help them with and nothing more complex than that.

I’m not here to convince you it’s not a bad word. 

What if more sales simply requires you to open your mind & not much more, to sell more?

I’ll do a short video series on multiple ways to sell your services over the coming month.
