Dealing with Change…

Dealing with change..
 << That’s my inspiration right there in the back seat.
So whats the hardest thing you’ve dealt with so far in your life?
A time when you may have been left to fend for yourself? Or

When your reality is turned on it’s head?

When what you thought exists, all of a sudden, no longer exists.
Getting ‘tough’ to these situations, I’ve come to realise IS the reason I subconsciously put myself in uncomfortable situations. You know, to build up resistance just in case the unspeakable, the unpredictable, the unlikely (although I’m not really one to spend much time guessing what’s going to happen in the future. I’d prefer to choose it myself), ever happens..
But this tough-ness thing. Well people have asked me how did I get so ‘tough’ (I’m not saying I am tough, because I don’t personally feel tough. Actually I feel too young to even be talking about the topic, but anyway.)
People have asked me in the past, how did you Handle that…?
The becoming a single mum thing.
The not working much, thing, to having to provide for yourself, thing.. or choosing to provide for yourself.
And being so relaxed etc.. or appear to ‘handle’ it all.
And I don’t have an answer. (By the way I am not relaxed…  as those close to me will attest.)
But upon reflection, and yeeaaars after having my reality stripped from me, is that the situation did me a huge favour.
After a very painful period, of course.
I now expect nothing to remain the same, which let’s face it.. is one of the only certainties in life.
Uncertainty.
The strength and courage with which you face and deal with situations is the only real armour you have to deal with change.
Change is definitely going to happen and you can be the cause of it, or you can learn to react to situations that are thrown upon you and then you change, while kicking, screaming and crying about it, or you can react with grace and smoothly change course, the choice is always ours.
(I do believe a good cry is MORE than necessary though to process things faster.)
What I do know is that the pain serves a reason.
Somewhere in the future, there will come a time when you look back and say thank god it happened that way.
You will, trust me.
I don’t have more words of wisdom about this topic, in fact I don’t even feel experienced in life enough to be offering words of wisdom on the topic, it’s just that people ask.
I’ll tell you what I do know though… which I have my mum to thank for.
That is – ‘everything will be alright’. Always. It always is.
The choice of how full you see the glass is always yours and tomorrow is another day. You and I will be more than O.K. That’s a fact.
And oh – While I have your attention – I forgot to tell you guys last week about the release of my new book. ‘Making You – Mind Mastery for Fast Fat Loss’.

Support group for PCOS?

As you might have seen on Facebook I’m working together with a trainer who specialises in the subject of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome to help sufferers of this condition get over their symptoms once and for all.

I won’t go into the details of what it’s about here, as if you have it you will have been diagnosed with at and probably know all about it..

We’ve created a free 12 day transformation group where girls learn about everything to do with how to get over the condition from mental, physical and emotion standpoint. Typical results have been loss of cm’s, weight dropping, better sleep, improved energy and even the odd menstrual cycle becoming pain free even within this short time!

Here is the link for more info about the free 12 day online group >> http://eepurl.com/cmfEqf

Here’s what some of the girls have said;

How To Get Abs – Seminar Notes and the Audio

In this material I cover and uncover what it takes for you to get the abs you want, through other means other than counting calories. Sure calories count, but they aren’t the ONLY thing that aids or stops fat loss.

Click here to download the pdf handout >> Abs seminar July 2016 KMM

I’ve also included the link to the audio recording of the seminar.
It’s best if you start that at 4min 15sec. You will need a quiet room to listen to it, or a set of headphones.

THE ULTIMATE checklist for Fat loss and Health

So I thought I’d share with you a ‘checklist’ of sorts that I ask clients when they ask me to help them with their fat loss and body goals.

As you can see it’s far more than calories (although yes they count at times).. Here’s the post I recently shared on Facebook;

——–

Your health coach should be like a detective in my mind..
Here are Some of the things I ask my one on one health consultation clients; ( and it’s not so I can cure all of their ills, it’s so I know where the limits of my expertise can or cannot help someone. If I cannot help I’ll never hesitate in referring them elsewhere).

This is part of a message I sent a potential client looking to win her figure competition, earlier today. (I understand we don’t all want to be figure competitors, my point is if this stuff helps to find out why someone isn’t ‘losing’ the last part of the body fat and they are clearly already eating and exercising to the best of their ability, these are the OTHER factors which can and will often play a large role.

Here they are;
How long and how much dieting have you done? Be specific calories/phases etc.
What meds do you take? Eg the pill, or anything. Any contraceptives? Ever?
Have u had exposure to chemicals in the past? Think paint/heavy metal exposure?

Which country did you grow up in.. and from what age?

Do you have murcury fillings?
Had them extracted?
When?

Do you sleep well? Tell me as much as possible about that.

Chiky babes – your menstrual cycle, tell me about that in detail.

What supplements do you take if any? Be specific in brand and amount.

Give me an example of your current energy levels past 3 days and diet.

Whats your current and past 6 months exercise regime (basic overview). Days, energy systems. Reps, phases etc. (in other words, what exercise are you doing in detail)

Where are u now and whats the goal with ur body?

So yes it can be quite in depth…
No I do not believe its ever all about calories, but yes that does work for some. However not all the time.

PUS this has not even begun to find out what your self talk and language is doing to your body. Trust me, it’s potentially THE reason you are not getting results..

Want my full undivided attention and to find all the underlying reasons why you cannot get where you wan tot be and to push through them faster than you thought possible?
Come away with me on this amazing 5 day ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED retreat on the Gold Coast this August

Let me know if you need help in any way with your BODY and I’ll see if I can help you. OR I’ll send you to someone who can xx

Pelvic Floor need a hand? Plus how to flatten your abs

You may or may not need this info,

However I guess it can’t go astray… we could all probably do with a little more ‘co-ordination’
down there right?

I know I got the shock of my life after having a baby and not having it in ‘mint’ condition, so I can’t imagine what it’s like to have given birth to multiple children through there…

What I do know though, is that the pelvic floor, like any muscle, can be restored.

Yes through the use of things such as an ‘epinode’ << google that one. AND through exercise and massage

FIRST though… you get to simply learn to integrate it within your breathing cycle. (It’s how it then naturally becomes co-ordinated again as it is on the same nerve loop as all your belly muscles.)

Anyway here’s me giving you an example of what it looks like when you breathe in and out fully (Pic’s attached), into your stomach and then I’ve also attached a video sequence outlining lots of abdominal exercises, taking you from beginner to advanced for real internal ‘core stability’

That video is here;
